In his valuation and advisory career, has been involved in more than $2.5 billion real estate and capital markets transaction volume of over 100,000 multi-housing units, and 2,000,000+ gross floor areas of retail, office, industrial, medical, and data centres valuations.
With a bachelor's degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, majoring in Valuations, Investment and Development Appraisal, Project Management and Finance, Property and Facilities Management, Estate Agency and Marketing, Real Estate Data Analytics; Ropo's focus is on valuation, real estate services, transaction advisory, asset management, and sustainable green buildings, in creating quality real estate products, fostering financial stability, improving business and public trust, while providing market insights and transaction support in an approachable and practical manner in the rapidly changing regional and global market.
