He holds the Associate Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS), the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN), and the ARGUS Enterprise 10 certifications, and has core competencies in valuation, investment and development advisory, asset management, retail leasing and management, real estate data analytics, property and facilities management services, and more.

He is the CGO Valuations & Capital Markets at akinABRAHAM & ASSOCIATES LTD and is in charge of all practice areas in line with the highest standards and ethics of estate surveying and valuation practice. He is also the Lead Instructor at akaa ACADEMY, a real estate training academy that offers integrated property solutions and training to aspiring and practising valuers and real estate professionals.

 

He is passionate about creating quality real estate products, fostering financial stability, improving business and public trust, and providing market insights and transaction support in a relatable and usable format.
